1. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and time. Deposits are applied to the total party balance. Deposits are non-refundable and may not be used towards other services or parties outside of the policy window. We require 2 weeks notice by email or phone to reschedule your event. Your paid non-refundable deposit will be applied to any new date chosen within 30 days (subject to availability). Dates requested outside of the 30- day window will require a new deposit. Parties may only be rescheduled one time. If you cancel your event, your deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to your event, the balance is still due in full. If you would like to combine two celebrations into one event, a $250 fee applies to the "All the Things" package to split/join the theme.

2. The remainder of your party balance will be due the day before your event

3. All parties must end based on the originally scheduled time slot, and cannot be extended for late arrivals or late setups.

4. Food is only to be in the party room, not in the playroom.

Our party room provides seating for 20 children max. We provide seating for adults around the play area and inside the party room including cafe chairs and tables, couches and accent chairs. If additional seating is needed, please speak with one of our staff members to see if we can accommodate.

Just a few! We would prefer no type of adhesive on the painted walls. We do not allow loose glitter or confetti poppers nor do we allow any unnecessary rearranging of furniture or wall decor.

All parties have a nonrefundable deposit + tax at the time of booking. You can pay your final balance anytime before your event day. We accept all major credit/debit cards. Gratuity is optional but certainly appreciated by Third Gear staff.
